Libby Property Maintenance, LLC. far exceeded our expectations. Belden and Stacia were extremely professional, beyond helpful through the process, and a pleasure to work with. We had a large in ground pool demolition along with filling it in. As you can see from the photos, you can’t even tell a pool was there! We would recommend this company to anyone who wants a hassle-free experience with a perfect outcome.
Libby(Soc) completely knocked this project out of the park! We bought our house and the back and side yard was overgrown and had standing water when it rained. Soc came saw the vision of what we wanted and completely transformed our yard into an actual usable space for our family. He dug drainage for the standing water, removed stumps hidden by the overgrowth, made a stone pad for future shed, re pitched our grade and topsoiled to finish. Libby did a fantastic job on a major landscaping project to renovate our back yard. Belden responded quickly, working with only my general ideas, to design, scope and estimate the project based on our needs for drainage and improved yard space. The quality work throughout this project entailed construction of 100ft of a large boulder wall, downspouts tied into an integrated french drain system, some hillside terracing and complete grading/topsoil/lawn seeding for the work area.
