I recently went to check this park out.I drove through it.A smaller park 50 homes. Some are well kept and others are missing skirting. Was during the day with kids out walking around but quiet. Homes are close together and street parking only.I would live here compared to Hidden Cove MPH. a better park. a step up from that crack head filled dump.250.00 lot rent and a very cheap place to live to start out with.Not the greatest but better than rent or being homeless.
