I just love it here
Dont believe the first review. She is most likely someone who likes to get drunk with her friends and raise hell. This place is perfect if you're a student or a fulltime worker. There is never any loud noise between 9pm and 9am. You can have friends or family stay the night as long as they arent loud. Even if they are. It's not like the landlords are always tiptoeing around trying to find reason to evict you. The landlords are good people who will help you out if you need it. If you want a retirement home setting this is it. Not allowed to have anyone stay with you (no friends, no family members) no smoking no pets. Landlords never fixed the leaky ceiling properly. Quiet hours are from 9pm-9am. They watch you like you’re 5 years old. Rent is $600 with garbage & water included. Had an apartment the wiring was messed up couldn’t even have cable.
