High quality bar food and drink hidden in a commercial wrapping. Looks like your normal over priced brunch place, but its not. Everything is large, quailty and priced accordingly. They have several rooms you can rent but they all take large party reservations if you do not want to rent a whole room. Good place to accommodate mixed groups as it has all the comfort and brunch food plus a few twists on classics so that even a foodie can leave satisfied.
It was a hot and muggy day. I had about a half hour to spare driving from one job to the next, and Libations is directly off of 97 between Annapolis & Baltimore. Last minute, I decided to pull off to grab a bite as I hadn’t eaten all day seeing patients. I am no master chef, but I am fairly picky about my French Onion Soup. I crave it all year round. bad experience. $25 later, the food came out too late and had to take it to go. I asked up front if they could get me a burger in my timeframe and they said no problem. They were not honest with me never going back. had to try and eat this while driving.... and this burger is weird - something sweet on it and the bun was soggy
I mostly drink when I go....HELLO, the name. ALL of their sangria is FIRE. I look forward to the changing flavors that complement each season. Whomever said the cucumber-melon tastes like pickles is some uncultured body who has never had English cucumbers or ever been to a place that serves fresh cucumber water. Was it different? Been here several times. Stopped in for a few beers and a munchie. Ordered the buffalo chicken sliders (2). Wow! Crunchy! Juicy! Delicious! Amazing! You need to eat here!
