NEVER RECEIVED SERVICES. Was eligible and enrolled since 12/5/25 - since then I have been all over the system ,no one communicated , no one reached out , there’s so much this company has that’s unorganized and unprofessional …you’ll be better off talking with CHATGPT than them!!!
Communication is terrible. Very unprofessional. Im updating my review. Communication was still terrible. Promises never kept. I was supposed to have services 7 days a week, rarely received service on the weekends. They're not properly staffed and constantly making excuses. The people that they sent out to provide service weren't trained. Don't trust your loved one to this business.
