I was needed a new dentist, I chose this place for their reputation. BIG MISTAKE! My 1st visit was cleaning, it started with polishing, flossing, and then the woman drilled several teeth..she didn't drill in tooth by tooth, but instead she drilled in zig-zag up down-across pattern. I've had cleaning done at other places and they did all the polishing/drilling starting on 1 side of the mouth on top to the opposite side, and then moved down to the bottom from 1 side to the other. Visited here and had an exam by Dr Liao. The staff fit me in very quickly and I received a referral for an endodontist. All the staff including Dr Liao were very friendly and compassionate.
Best dentist office I've ever been to hands down! Their staff are all very polite, professional, and honest. They took the time to answer all my questions. Dr. Chenug did an extraction of an tooth that was in really bad shape and had a cavity that went down to the nerves and was causing me severe pain. Janice Lioa is an excellent dentist I have been going to her since I moved out to Arizona in 2021 and I am totally satisfied and recommend that you visit her practice. They will take great care of you. Highly recommended
