I have went to this place a couple times and I had a good experience but this last time was by far the worst customer service I’ve ever received. During my massage the lady was talking on her phone and distracted for part of it and counted in as my time” then at the end she refused to let me leave without leaving a 30% or more in tip. She yelled at me and then her colleague saw what was happening and intervened and apologize profusely of how she was acting. Sadly, I will not be going back this place again.
The massage was good I wanted the $45 package but he ending up doing a $60 one I went to pay the guy kinda of got mad because I was paying with card which I have always done when I was there kept asking if I had cash in my wallet . Never had an issue before ! Then he got mad at me cause the tip wasn’t what he wanted said I had to pay a certain amount! This was my favorite place to go but will not be returning
