I asked for a few simple layers in the front of my hair & afterwards it looked like a 5 year old did it!!! I was completely pissed and they tried to bring the manager out as if that would fix anything. I've been here about 6 times but I will NEVER EVER go back! They use too much heat, move way too slow, and DONT know what they're doing! They will leave your relaxed hair looking like you only have 2 strands! I go to Flow Dominican Salon often and I have never experienced burnt edges... I love it there. They are very friendly and professional! Sometimes there is a wait but it is during the weekend as any other hair salon on the weekend.. You can get in and out on a weekday. I have never had any problems in the last 3 years I have been going!
I went there today and I saw that they are really good . I have natural hair and they did a great job and I will definitely go back .
The salon is very well kept and the ambiance is nice. However, I am dissappointed in the lack of professionalism. On two occasions I have been left waiting in the cold on the street and needless to say the neighborhood is not that great. On both occasions the signs and website said that they were scheduled to be open but the lights were out and no one there to answer the door.
