Our group of 6 people had a completely awful experience booking through Liahona Travel. We were working with Gail Snow (partner/owner I believe) and booked almost a year in advance. I won't go into the details, but our hotel room reservations were all incorrectly made. We had noticed a small island hopper plane required us to pre-register any dive equipment luggage and Gail said she DID do it. We double-checked personally with the airline and it had not been done. BEST Travel agency! – Liahona Travel & Cruises out of Puyallup, WA was such a great experience for me, not really being a travel agency user. I will absolutely work with them again, especially Jayme Ward. She was incredibly pleasant to work with and extremely patient. She knew I was busy with wedding planning AND trying to organize travel for my East coast family so she was so patient and quick with my multiple back and forth emails while trying to do this from work. THANK YOU AGAIN!! : )
