Nurse Practitioner Lia Wystrach is simply outstanding! Backed by a friendly, helpful, caring office staff, what stands out about Lia is that she listens to, and actually engages with her patients as humans, not patients. Lia is always compassionate and I have no doubt that she truly cares about me as her patient. She has always provided excellent care for me and listens to what I have to tell her.
I am a disabled Veteran and feel that I have been discriminated against by Lia because of my disability. Specifically, I feel Lia Wystrach has violated my Federal rights under the ADA, and I will be filing a complaint against her medical license #201707695RN. Specifically, Lia Wystrach stated during our call that she did not feel comfortable writing a letter for my service animal because she felt that the service the animal provides was not "appropriate."
