Best vehicle purchase ever This was the best experience ever. After I could not buy a car at Interstate Toyota I drove to Blauvelt and was wowed by the service I recieved. I did business with Jason in the internet department and he had the vehicle waiting for me to test drive when I got there. They offered me lunch from the cafe which was good.
Rockland Toyota is the best deal possible without pressuring us Credit Ana Paulino whom my wife and I worked with at your facility with selling us the car. Rockland Toyota is Great! We bought a 2010 Toyota Camry XLE V6 . We drove almost an hour to buy the car. They were able to get the color we wanted at a much much better price in 2 days over the holiday weekend! The car is as nice as the Acura RL we were replacing And the dealership treated us as if we were buying a Lexus. Best Dealership & Royce Ramos Best Salesmanr I just bought a Rav4 from Royce Ramos. Best experience. Dealer was professional, pleasant. Everything was too their word. Royce was great. He was patient. TREACHERY AT ITS BEST - PLEASE DO NOT GO IN I went in on 05/28/2012 and was given a quote of 28875 on a Toyota Venza XLE including destination fee. I got it down in writing with the features that came standard and said i would be back in a day or two to purchase. Does not take care of customer needs I visited the dealer to inquire about Toyota 2010 RAV4. The salesman was not listening to my needs and very pushy. I felt that she was more concern about closing the sale. I planned to trade in my car but they could not even tell me the exact value of my car and just told me the value range.
