Be patient cause must be a popular place very busy, so means to me must be an ok place to shop ,didn't get my truck here but decided to get an oil change here an so far the people I encountered were very friendly and helpful
My Service Advisor, Sarah Richards at Lia Toyota of Colonie was very polite and professional. I appreciate her service, and I see her as a valuable asset to Lia Toyota. My Service Technician was genuinely caring and efficient. He was determined to solve my software issue, and did!!!! My hats off to Lia Toyota's Service Department Team!!!
