Scheduling access for this appointment was impressively quick/next day. Richard Grugan was service provider, apologized for renovations of service area and escorted me to revised waiting area. Service was completed quickly and Richard applied discount coupon without asking.
I had another great service experience at Lia. I had a tire blowout on the Northway. Justin Cole got me scheduled and communicated throughout the visit. The issue was resolved very quickly so that my schedule was minimally impacted.
