Great communication and always efficient. My service advisor, Dustin Rose, is attentive, shows great attention to detail and provides wonderful customer service.
I think this review is for 2023 Altima and 2017 Sentra both brought in at that same time. 2023 Altima was for oil change, tire rotation and recommended brake fluid service. 2017 Sentra was for NYS inspection. Service to both cars was completed in a very timely manner. Always a pleasure working with the service guys at Lia Nissan.
Dustin Rose did an excellent job. Super friendly and thorough.

I have worked with Ryan Myers on 4 different service needs. My experience with him has been excellent. He is knowledgeable, polite, stays on top of things and communicates very well. There have been no surprises, work was completed on time with no further issues.
