My experience was terrible, I feel like I was profiled based on my looks. I met with Dr. Kaufman 10 minutes before my procedure for the first time and she talked to me less than 5 minutes and diagnosed me before the procedure had even been done. She asked me 3 questions and didn’t listen to me at all. Her diagnosis did not even match most of my symptoms and her exact words were, “______ is what I think it is and if we don’t find anything wrong then that’s what we’re diagnosing you with”. Dr Kaufman and her team are absolutely amazing individuals. Very knowledgeable. They have never made me feel like the appointment was rushed. They listen to what you have to say and they actually do things for you. They are very quick with responding back to you with your questions as well. I highly recommend this doctor.
