Stay away from this place the Service Manager is a thief. My car went back to be repaired for the 2nd time for the engine. She offered to give me a rental for the 2nd time. She immediately claims the policy had changed and I needed to fill out paper work which included my credit card info. Well after that a number of fraudulent charges appeared on my card which I know it was either her or those two incompetent workers she has behind the service desk, Stay AWAY from these thiefs.
Do not go here especially for a recall! I've never been treated so badly. Very concerning. They didn't communicate for weeks, lied when they finally did, and so much worse. Extremely rude during the process, as if they owned my car and owed me no information. I'm not done with working on protecting other consumers. Do not trust anything they say. p.s. my car was in perfect working condition until the day I got it back and had to pay $600 for a repair.
