Lia Honda’s service department is remarkable. When we ran into car trouble on a road trip, hundreds of miles from home, on a Friday afternoon, we took the car to Lia Honda. After diagnosis, Ciara Downey worked so hard to help us, and we were back on the road Saturday afternoon. Ciara, as well as the entire Lia Honda team, was the best!
I recently had my vehicle serviced at Lia Honda in Williamsville. Service advisor, Ciara Downey, assisted me. I had oil change and tire rotation. I mentioned to Ciara that there was a creaking noise when I turned the steering wheel. She had technician check it out and replace the cable reel. Noise is now gone! Thank you Ciara Downey! Very good as always. Bob Epolito was very helpful and right on top of things. Did not try to upsell me things I didn’t need, etc. I always trust the people at Lia Honda.
My mother goes to this location and Lourie Bruner is who has helped her. So, I decided to give her a try, I went one time before and I wasn’t satisfied as I was when I went to Lourie. The service Lourie provided was more thorough. She really knows my model of car and I hope I never have to deal with anyone else. She actually takes care of you and your vehicle. Keeps you updated and is very sufficient.
