Service is class, Theo and team took care of us from the moment we entered the space. Couldn’t recommend more.
Poor Service- Terrible Customer Relations--Blame the Customer for Their Failings Normally service at this dealership has been smooth and efficient but today they get an F for customer service. I called days before to make an appt explaining what the issue was. When I arrived for the appt. it seems the requested part was not ordered. Apparently a new hire had not properly dealt with the order and hadn't ordered the part.
