I had my first servicing (oil change, tire rotation) for my new Honda Civic at Lia Honda in Northampton MA. My service associate Jill Fuduric was excellent! Helpful, professional, and genuinely friendly. Lia Honda's use of video and photos of replaced parts is very helpful.
Desiree Frank is always helpful and attentive when I bring my car in for service. Whatever issue I have going in is resolved, and I feel Informed on what was done.
Maricarmen was excellent at getting me scheduled and attentive to my needs. She was very good at communicating the details of my service and the time involved. It was a pleasure to work with her.
Desiree Frank was my liaison and provided prompt and accurate information to me. I appreciated the easy scheduling of the appointment. Called Friday afternoon, dropped the car off after dinner, and all the work done by 10::30 am the next day.
Desiree is excellent to deal with in the Service Department. She is honest, realistic and most fair to deal with.
