Great service, Great customer service.
I had a good experience at Lia Honda when I brought my 2008 Honda Fit in for a valve adjustment, so I came back when I was having issues with the key and door lock. I was charged about $200 for the diagnostic, which was OK. The quote was ~$2,000 for an actuator replacement and a new lock cylinder, which I turned down. I was disappointed with the condition of the door after service. Some of the interior door areas were marred, and panels were no longer aligned properly.
