Great Service by Armando Gonzalez! He Kept me informed and up to date with everything that was going on with my vehicle, answered all my questions and got me back on the road as soon as possible!
I have all my service on my 2019 Ridgeline performed at Lia Honda, main reason is the the customer service that I have received by Jill Fuduric. Jill takes care of my vehicle needs and suggests what I might need and makes sure I get what needs to be performed. In this day of rampant poor customer service Jill is a shining star.
I had a complicated warranty issue that Matthew Verge went out of his way to help me resolve. I would recommend Matthew to anyone that is looking for an advisor that will do whatever it takes to get things done.
