I couldn’t have asked for a more seamless process. I had the absolute pleasure of having Michael Tanski. guide me through leasing my CR-V. He was incredibly patient with my busy schedule and indecisiveness, never made me feel pressured to make a decision, and was always available to answer my questions. His follow-ups were helpful without ever being obnoxious, and he was super personable in a genuine way — not the typical “salesman” vibe. Jill was very helpful in finding out what was wrong with my car when all the computer lights were flashing and my car stopped dead at an Amherst intersection at rush hour. This was two days after I hit an amherst pot hole unseen under snow. Took a while to Dx a cracked radiator—not a computer problem—and a longer wait for the replacement part. Jill Fuderic kept me calm through three weeks of no car.
