Great service. Went for an oil change for my Ram 1500. Guys took it a little earlier than expected. They performed the oil change and tire rotation in the time they said they would—about an hour. The waiting area was clean and comfortable and WiFi worked. I was able to work on my laptop while I waited. The couple of service guys I dealt with were friendly, professional, and helpful. Top notch. Extra points are awarded to the gentleman with the clearly superior beard. Thanks, guys, I’ll be back.
On February 18, 2026, I found that my only working key fob to my 2017 Jeep Renegade would not open the doors or start the car. I called the Lia Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Dealership in Northampton and was immediately connected to Joe Dubuc. Joe said he could assist me and probably get a new fob within 24 hours. In the meantime, I learned you could touch the fob directly to the push start button and the car would (should) start so I wouldn't have to tow the car to the dealership. Your employer Joe, for OUR cars Joe is the only person that counts, he is the glue the defends great service workers. He treats his customers as if nothing else matters but YOU. Jeep is lucky to have him. I've have great relationships with all your workers, but Joe just stands out above everyone else. My family and their cars are thankful for Joe, its that simple. End of story. Shout-out to JOE.
I continue to go back for all my jeep needs because of Joe Dubuc. His customer service is absolutely top of the line. He makes you feel heard, always wants to help and puts the client first every time. I am always so happy when I hear him answer the phone to help me because of his genuine and knowledgeable demeanor!
