Freddy Estrada was my service manager and to say he was fantastic is an understatement. He went over and above what I had expected. while my RAM was in for service, he kept me updated on when my part would be received, contacting me several times when the part was held up. As soon as the part came in, he called me to let me know before it was even out of the box. Freddy was so knowledgeable about RAM vehicles which made me trust him. Freddy Estrada is always a delightful staff member to approach. He remembers my name and is quick to get me settled for whatever service my Jeep needs. He ensures my comfort while I wait and provides updates. His attentive customer service skills always exceed my expectations and I would recommend anyone to visit Lia and see Freddy.

There was a cancelation for an appt to get my Ram 1500 repaired. A service advisor, Arthur Erschen, did a great job! he took care of getting my truck in and scheduled for repair. He even called me several times with updates. Great job. I will return.

Dayvon Styles was excellent to deal with. He was kind and thoughtful throughout the process. I did not care for having to pay twice for an alignment though, I was told a bolt was loose but was not shown what bolt was loose. On a positive note, I was able to take my jeep home quickly. Fastest service ever at a dealership.
