Let me start by saying this: I have had nothing but nightmares with Jeep dealerships in the past. So much so that I genuinely lost faith in the Jeep brand entirely. My 2011 Jeep Rubicon, thanks to a string of careless, unhelpful, and downright damaging experiences at other dealerships (in Illinois and Ohio) was left in poor shape, guzzling gas at 10 MPG now, and in desperate need of real care, including a THIRD transmission! Fuel tank redone due to a recall.
I ordered running boards for my new Jeep Cherokee. The first three shipment were damaged. Parts department asked me to look the last shipment since the damage was not that sever, I agreed. Freddy Estrada from service informed that scheduling the installation would take a while but if i got there early the next he would work me in. Arrive early the next morning due to the frozen snow under the Jeep it took longer than anticipated; the job was completed to my satisfaction. Thanks to your staff.
