Dr. LaBrant has the best vibe! Warm reassuring and genuinely caring especially when you’re feeling anxious or uncertain. At the same time she’s wonderfully no nonsense: clear direct and focuses on what matters without creating unnecessary worry. She is the best combination of professionalism and empathy.
I went to see Dr Labrant after I had a lot of pain due to infection. My appointment was at 11:15 and she saw me at 12:30. She said that she needed lab work before she can give me a prescription. She didn’t call me back for five days even though I was in so much pain. After five days she left a message indicating that I had an infection but still didn’t send a prescription to my pharmacy. I called her for three days and she never called me back! I ended up taking my lab results to another doctor to get the antibiotic I needed... read more
When Dr. Lebrant was called away st the last minute, the staff worked to call in another very capable doctor to complete my exam. This is a benefit of a group of medical specialists.
