Very disappointed. Called earlier in the week to book a massage for my fiancee and I. However when we arrived at the appointed time on the Saturday, there was only one masseuse who was already busy with a client and said she couldn't take us. When we said we had a booking she unapologetically said her boss hadn't told her or booked it in, so we had no choice but to leave.
