I have been with Dr. Zhu for well over 10 years. I have a lot of respect for her! She is very kind and extremely knowledgeable. I'm not a spring chicken and believe me when I tell you that I have seen many doctors over the years and Dr. Zhu is the best one ever. I have referred many people to her and they feel the same way I do.
The worst doctor I've ever had
Front reception is nice, had a appointment . When i come back on that day, i have been told my appointment is 5 days later, which is not the time i had my appointment, That means someone rescheduled the appointment without reaching the patient. and i drove half an hour to see doctor and did nothing. i cancel the schedule they made for me . it is a bad experience for me as i am a new patient. i know the office might be very busy. but you should not reschedule without notice.
First I tried to make an appointment with the helo app … it said my request was sent, heard Nothing, when I called the office she said to go to an urgent care that dr zhu had No appointments.. and sorry for the glitch
Very good doctor. Can be hard to get appointment with and to call with followup on test results.
