I decided to get another opinion from Dr Zhang and she was very knowledgeable. I applied the information she shared with me and I seen positive changes with my health and the nursing staff immediately made me feel welcome.
Horrible! She is super rude. Her bad attitude made me feel very uncomfortable. She doesn't listen to the patient's concerns and refuses to answer questions.
She is a REAL caring doctor. She is honest but not alarming, she listens carefully to the patient. She practices medicine as it should be practiced. And when she says she will get back to you, she does. She has consulted with my other doctors when necessary. She also refers to another doctor when she feels it’s necessary. I truly trust her judgement and expertise.
Very poor service
I’ve seen Dr. Zhang for years and I’ve never had any issue wrong in any of the visits, she has handle my issue very carefully, answered my questions and has made sure that all my diagnosis been looked and cared fore that way I would feel much better, as her attitude she’s awesome!
She is very very good. No great. Staff at Cleveland Clinic are horrible. Do not treat you with respect. I will leave my email address and 10-1 they shall not respond. Sign in at the electronic board and everyone had to sign in again at the front desk. Why? I was told they do not take Medicare Health Insurance. Their website says they do. 561-294-8223
Dr. Zhang apparently can't be bothered to help my mother. I was with her at her last visit. Dr. Zhang wouldn't answer any questions. We asked her if my mother's medications need adjustment, and Dr. Zhang said just to tell her what we wanted and she'd prescribe it! Really? My brother-in-law, who is also a doctor, even tried to speak with her on the phone, and she blew him off. She wrote that the next appointment shouldn't be for a year! Very caring and very thorough. I am confident that I'm getting the best care possible.
Horrible. I had a 230 appt, told to be there 2pm to complete onboarding paperwork. I survived a heart attack 8 days prior by the way, so time is precious to me. I sat in the waiting room with no updates since 2pm and my watch shows 3:10pm. I left the office to find a better Doctor who cares about their patients. I finally received a call at 315pm from her nurse/assistant who asked where I went. I told her that Dr. ZHang was 45 minutes late with no updates!!! I left. HORRIBLE.
