I called this establishment to ask a few questions I haven't been to a salon in over 15 yrs!!! I was very nervous, I was looking for a drastic change. The women who answered literally said "she didn't have time"! She didn't offer a suggestion or another day that I could come in to better assist nothing hung up the phone & that was that!!! Very disappointed
They were very rude and Ignorant to me They were making bad comments about my hair. I felt awful.
I,have been going there for years. And my mom and dad. Last hair cut was Oct. 2024. I called in Jan. 2025 for a hair cut, I was on a call list. Jan 24 2025 called today, not to the mid. Feb. You just lost me. Nice service !!
