Had a completely torn hamstring, and the rate of my recovery is nothing short of miraculous. Some say it's because I was in decent shape to begin with. But the real reason is Justin. The man is a genius and developed the perfect plan to get me back to work and more importantly, back to MMA training in half the estimated time of recovery.
