My husband went in to have radiation treatment. Staff was nice, no complaints. After 5 treatments, my husband had a reaction to the treatment. We reached out to Dr. Liu and was told he was out of the office. We had to scramble to get help. Dr. Liu never, ever contacted us to find out how things were. My husband was supposed to have 5 more treatments. Still, no contact from Dr. Liu. This was so unprofessional. No response from him or his office.
The staff was very caring and upbeat.
