very compassionate and loving doctor
Excellent doctor. I really like this doctor and her staff. Dr. Jiang is very knowledgeable, very helpful, and very compassionate.

I am very upset because this doctor does not do anything for her patient just charges the insurance companies. She is so incompetent and negligent. I regret ever taking my daughter to see her and allowing her to boss me around.
I have worked with Dr Li Jiang at Hills Pediatrics for the past 5 years. My 2 children have been her patients for the past 3 years. Dr. Jiang had given me good tips on potty training and it really worked well. She treated my younger daughter for a stubborn skin lesion. Prior to seeing Dr. Jiang, my daughter had seen two dermatologists. With Dr. Jiang’s treatment, my daughter’s skin lesion went away in 2 weeks.The office looks very modern and extremely clean. Though Dr. Jiang was a pretty good doctor. It was her staff that made us have to leave her practice. I called to cancel and reschedule our daughters 1 year check up. Not only did they say they will not cancel it, but also they weren't going to reschedule our daughter's appoint. Gave us no reason as to why they wouldn't and then when I tried to figure out why, they hung up on us. Very rude front desk and it wasn't the first time. We had enough of that!
As a former employee at this practice, I would definitely not recommend this doctor to be anyone's primary care physician. I have witnessed multiple accounts of Dr. Li Jiang consciously deciding to sacrifice the convenience and well being of her employees as well as her patients in an effort to increase the profitability of her own practice. Simply inquire as to why the turnover rate is so high for her workers, and you will uncover a plethora of various wrongdoings on her behalf.

Here are some of the many reasons I left this doctor's office, and would not recommend ANYONE 1. The Doctor does not listen. She kept insisting I use Aquaphor on my daughters severely dry skin, after I had informed her that it did not work, and it caused her skin to turn red. 2. The office appears old, dirty, and does not have hot water.(What kind of "Doctor's office" does not have hot water at their facility)!?? 3. My mommy intuition!!!! 4. Bad reviews from other parents that also left.
