Came in for a birthday message. I booked online(see attached photo). I walk in and she will not honor advertised pricing. False advertising. I understand prices go up but she’s even showing $50/hour in the window.

I’ve been coming to this massage place for a while now, and it’s been a fantastic experience every time. The shop is owned by Lisa and her husband—both are licensed therapists—and I’ve had sessions with Lisa and Grace. They’re both incredibly professional and attentive. I’ve been dealing with some back knots and tension, and I always feel much better after each visit. They really know how to adjust the pressure based on your needs, which I appreciate a lot.
