Visited 7/27/18. Starting new job Monday and wanted a nice manicure. Friendly and busy but not pleased at all with the manicure. very sloppy. I left with nail polish on every cuticle!
I've been going to this nail salon for over 5 years. I typically have the same person do my nails, but have had others on occasion. They are exceptionally careful, do a great job and are interesting people to chat with. Most of all they are able to take care of ingrown nails I get now and then. I consider them highly professional and exceptionally good. I give gift certificates to friends and family who also rave about them.
I was really disappointed with the unprofessional job of both nail tech and pedi-tech whom I doubt is licenced. ..I would have done a better job.... and HOLY COW they are $10 per service higher than anyone I've been too. ..I can't imagine they will stay in business with such rude service industry staff. I showed the young lady the dead skin and said it was unacceptable but she already got her money
