The technicians who came to our home were polite, respectful, and thorough. They did a good job identifying the issue — deteriorated tub caulking and a corroded pipe — and addressed the plumbing concern. However, the caulking work itself was not done neatly. The lines are uneven and the finish does not reflect professional quality. Because of this, I am disappointed with that portion of the service.
