I called LHR for an issue with my inoperable power vent, which is over twenty years old. The power vent on the furnace was filling the house with fumes, so the tech (Jeff) walked me through the issue. Jeff provided information on the most inexpensive solution, which was replacement of parts on the twenty three year old unit. We were referred by another plumbing and heating company that wanted to help us with our water leak cutting supply to our bathrooms but was honest that due to the inclement weather they wouldn't be able to make it. Very prompt response to the emergency situation of waking up without heat. The 2 gentlemen that showed up wore booties on their shoes to keep the house clean without being asked and kept me informed throughout. I was presented multiple pricing options depending on additional items I may want to take care of with them here, which I took advantage of. My basement was flooding due to a failed domestic water flow regulator and a failed pressure release valve for my heating system. LHR came and once again fixed the issues in a timely and professional manner. LHR is my go to for plumbing issues and this is my 3rd time using them.
After a stressful event this morning I made multiple calls seeking plumbing assistance. LHR was great about getting a plumber to my home quickly. The plumber was knowledgeable and friendly. I was very comfortable having him in my home. Extra points for him putting on booties at the front door! Thank you.
