I contacted LHM about a service call to work on brakes on an old Komatsu forklift. Mike at LHM organized the work. Because of the age of the unit, Mike worked with me to get the correct part numbers for new seals and gaskets needed for reassembly. Despite being such a small job, he actually seemed interested in doing the work. Mike called the day the parts arrived to get the technician scheduled to come out.
