Shout out for LHM!! Our crane truck that we use everyday for sign installation and services broke down. Despite this crane truck being pretty new it was difficult getting parts from the manufacturer. They lacked communication and execution. They sent the incorrect parts twice and one time the part never even showed up. It's was like they didn't even care. I contacted LHM about a service call to work on brakes on an old Komatsu forklift. Mike at LHM organized the work. Because of the age of the unit, Mike worked with me to get the correct part numbers for new seals and gaskets needed for reassembly. Despite being such a small job, he actually seemed interested in doing the work. Mike called the day the parts arrived to get the technician scheduled to come out.
