I recently had a c&p exam here with Katlyn Chopick. I’m not a review guy, but thought I’d write one anyway. My previous encounters with this place have been on par with most of these reviews, but this one was much better. This office reached out a day or two prior to the exam and asked me to bring in some paperwork that the provider didn’t have. Refuse to work with your schedule even though they ask you your availability. Continues to schedule appointments at times I specifically say I can't make then threaten you by saying they will send your packet back into the VA system if you dont make the appointments you tell them not to schedule. These people are the problem why there are 22 vets a day.
It's too bad that the VA claims process is so burdensome and difficult to navigate. The staff at LHI/Optum Serve are professional and cordial. That being said, it's their job to disprove your disability claim. Make sure you show the staff here what your disability is like on the "WORST" day. If your disability exam doesn't go well then make sure you call the VA IMMEDIATELY and tell them. Of course, your disability claim might come back unfavorably.
