After reading the other reviews I was nervous about my appointment, but was happy to see that everything went very well. It was on time and the audiologist was very professional. No problems at all
Went here for 2 VA evaluations. The woman performing the hearing exam was extremely rude, condescending, trivialized my condition, & was insinuating that I was making it up. She attempted twice to manipulate my test results. She refused to acknowledge I needed hearing aids. When I told her the VA already gave me some, she had a stupid look on her face.
