Dr. Shi has been repairing a dental problem that required extensive time and lab work. He promised that the final outcome would meet my approval… and he has lived up to that promise. Dr. Shi (and I) was not satisfied with the lab work… and he demanded that they redo the work until it was perfect. He kept his promise, as he always does.
