Called to set up home health and asked if they had availability for care for a loved one and was told they did. Went through referral process for it to be sent to them before he was being discharged. On the same day they rescinded because they said they was full and given a story of how they had to check on things before to see if availability based on the insurance. BCBS is in network…I don’t get it
