There was a scheduling mix up and Lance was still able to fit me in his busy schedule the same day at a discount. Very impressed with LHB! Lance called me back within 5 minutes of submitting the contact form on google. He was able to schedule us very quickly for a quote and communication was great throughout the entire process. The price was very reasonable and we were able to get scheduled right away. After cleaning our sofa and carpets, they even cleaned our cat towers for us! Great experience all the way around. My carpets and sectional look new again. Highly recommend!
Lance did an excellent job cleaning our carpet. He came first to review the job before quoting a price. He was professional and informative. He arrived on time and spent a lot of time making sure the carpets were clean. I would highly recommend him and will use his company in the future.
