Lance and his team were excellent! Can't say enough good things here. Recommended by our realtor, we contacted Lance to get an estimate for our 3 bedroom carpets and entry steps plus a large rug in our basement. I was very pleased with the estimate and appreciated how he accommodated our tight schedule so we set a date and time for the cleaning service. Scheduled an estimate for upholstery cleaning. Lance was a no-show and I didn't even receive a call to reschedule. Very unprofessional. If I could give a No Star review I would.
Lance is incredibly professional and thorough. I would not hesitate to hire him to do carpet/upholstery cleaning in my house again. Fair price and great results.
