Update Feb 17th 2026, Things have gotten someone what better as the maintenance guy is really great and fast. Ali who is admin is always on top of things which is nice. The smell in my hallway is still absolutely revolting and they have said they are fixing it which was two months ago. DO NOT MOVE HERE just moved here on October 29th 2025 and I cannot wait for my lease to be up. This place is absolutely disgusting and the grossest place I have ever lived. Day of moving in I found 4 cockroaches! They came and did a treatment the following week and that has been good. If I find more though I’ll be extremely upset They ask for first and last which is illegal in Quebec and word it in the lease that you offered it. Do not move here. It's infested with cockroaches, one parking lot floods in spring and autome and the other parking lot has so much discarded furniture it block cars. Power goes out regularly. 5-6 days a month Staff harassed me multiple times about muddy shoes while my parking spot was shin deep in water. There was a fire that destroyed multiple apartments and when the insurance company came to retrieve items for cleaning they said it was to hazardous to retrieve due to the bugs.
