They are the worst company to build a home with. Avoid at all costs. You can feel the sub floor poking through the carpet. Water pipes are freezing. Deck does not have all posts that are needed but the footing is in the ground. No one is willing to help. Requests have been deleted off their warranty site. 11 month walk though done at 14 months. Terrible company
Food was great. Good prices. Best to eat there. Outside tables.
I went out and instead of show the place but talked about pictures on wall and wanted to hurry and push you to buy. To many other things added on to get. The sales person was very unprofessional and not knowledgeable about housing and what extra services available for down payment and closing cost. If a great reality they would help you find everything that you qualify for. The places do look put together so cheaply. Did a drive through. Don’t rich into buying. Have a inspection beforehand.
Wish the newer twin homes at White Tail Ridge were constructed as well as the older twin homes there. The older ones have 2x6 construction; the newer ones have 2x4 construction, so not as sturdy/insulated. It's a beautiful community, just wish the quality of the new homes was a little better.
