The community is great and very peaceful. But the home is second rate to my previous homes. Studs are so unevenly spaced most of my tvs are off center, the shower floor cracking within 7 months, intermittent outlets, uneven cooling and heating from upstairs to downstairs, wall sound suppression is average, not fans in secondary rooms, and some windows don't properly lock close. For brand new, fairly disappointing quality
