Aside from the 5 month delay, there were a handful of details of the home changed from the time I was in a contract with the builder to the time that it was completed. I never got any kind of update that certain changes would be made. Some room layouts were changed and wasn't what we originally saw. I preferred the original layout over what I got, but the changes were small enough that I let it slide. Some things we did not notice during the final walkthrough.
