All lies, gimmicks and scams. The sales person - Brittney, claimed she locked me in at a low interest rate but then when i received information from the lender; the interest rate was way higher. The lender claimed the interest rate increased due to my credit score. My credit score had already been established and I paid money as they requested to lock in the low interest rate beforehand.
