Our LGI home is 21 months old. Heartache and headaches. Poor quality, bad sales and construction process. Visit the BBB site and read about LGI. LGI offers their preferred lender for a lower rate, claiming to “own the lender.” False. LGI Mortgage Solutions is a joint venture with Loan Depot. They simply buy down points on the mortgage.
