DO NOT BUY FROM LGI. we bought our home in November and in the 4 short months we have been here, its been hell. we had sewage water back up into the house which we ended up finding out that there was construction material in our pipes and we had to have our front yard tore up and the plumbing redone. the paint inside the house wipes off with just a wash cloth and water. we had a hole of missing concrete where our master toilet sits. RecommendedOur purchase and experience with LGI Homes in Magma Ranch Vista's has been great. We had two minor issues and LGI's contractors took care of them. We've been in our home for over a year and a half at this point. (12-31-2019)
LGI Homes does not build quality homes. They use cheap products and will not fix issues when they arise.
Workmanship and quality is not what you get with these houses, I’ve one issue after another. Purchased a house in March and it’s been one broken word after another.
