Seems like a nice community and good location.
So would have loved to purchase, just a bit out of my range. These are beautiful townhomes! The representative Dewayne was so wonderful and patient answering all my questions. Took me through what the process would be and was extremely thorough and kind. Top notch customer service through my entire visit. That alone will make me work towards owning one of these properties.
Being a first time homebuyer with the way the housing market currently sits is intimidating to the point of vomiting. LGI Homes is a "One stop shop". You don't need an realtor, agent, or have to go through the headache of seeking out a loan.
