Horrible place to live. The hoa is a sham. They collect fees and will not put anything back into the neighborhood. The houses are experiencing too many issues for a 1 year old house. The yards are eroding away, and are already terribly small. Houses will start needing major repairs. There are several homes with cracking foundations. Stay far away.
