My family warned me about this neighborhood, and after sitting down with LGI and touring the area, I was strongly advised not to buy here. I decided to lease first to get a feel for the environment, and I’m so glad I listened to my family. Living here, I’ve experienced frequent police calls, intruders in backyards, and even witnessed animal neglect, including residents starving and beating their dogs.
