Jane was awesome, but I had no clue I would be purchasing in what has become a community for investors to buy homes at a fraction of what I paid to rent them out. The renters park their cars in the grass got ac units hanging out the windows, basketball goals in the street all of which as homeowners are against the HOA rules. Not to mention they boasted about a water area that apparently hasn't worked since installation.
My experience from start to finish was outstanding. Initially, I explored other communities and builders, but their responses were disappointing, leaving me doubtful about buying a house. However, after meeting Jane, my confidence was restored. She was consistently impressive throughout the entire process. Her extensive knowledge is truly empowering.
