Jane was awesome, but I had no clue I would be purchasing in what has become a community for investors to buy homes at a fraction of what I paid to rent them out. The renters park their cars in the grass got ac units hanging out the windows, basketball goals in the street all of which as homeowners are against the HOA rules. Not to mention they boasted about a water area that apparently hasn't worked since installation.
