This is the most ridiculous service provider possible. I have never seen any other provider make it impossible to give them your money. Sitting here with the money they need, and I cannot get anyone on the phone to tell me my account passwords or anything, for that matter. This place is a joke. When I thought I was about to actually talk to someone, there were 56 people on hold. If this place were running efficiently, there wouldn't be 56 people on hold. Our Company changed names and EIN numbers so they charged us $240 per line on 3 lines to continue service we I only asked them to resend a bill

I would give their customer service zero stars if I could. I called with a billing question. They offered to call back instead of me having to wait on hold. When they called back, I still waited on hold for almost another 10 minutes before a rep came on the line. I asked the rep why they tried to get payment for an old bill from 20 years ago that was a result of some identity theft issues that were a problem at the time of the original bill. They are robbers and legally. I live in a small one bedroom apartment and was charged 116.34 for a month and I wasn't even here for 2 weeks. Had even u unplugged everything in it before leaving and turned air off. I pay the bill manually with my card , then 2 weeks later they take out the same payment . I can see it on my banking account.
