terrible greedy company sold out to some out of state parent company and now offers shitty service never have i seen the power go out on a sunny day after it rains for 15 minutes terrible terrible company if you can look for a different provider because KU doesn’t give a shit about anything but profit
Yesterday we had a wire detach from our house and it was sparking and smoking. It took them an hour to send someone out. After finally fixing it we come back inside to over 10 of our light bulbs (including a $20 ubv reptile bulb) blown along with 2 of our fan motors. Now we have over $100 worth of damages we have to fix when the worker told my neighbor the line was supposed to be fixed 4 years ago. I pay my bill. There is 0 adverse weather. No reason I should not have power on a Tuesday (04/01/25 since 1pm no power) I pay my bill, you provide power. That's the deal. Fix it.
