Tips when beginning brand new service as my experience was not smooth nor satisfactory. The email instructions letter will state SSN card “or” selfie with driver license. It’s misleading. They will need both, so be sure to include both. How in the hell do I talk to a real person . This is ridiculous
Make sure you follow up consistently when removing your name from service at an address. We called on 01/03 and spent about 10 minutes on the phone notifying them that we were no longer at the property and needed the service removed from our name. Despite this, we received a bill this week for over $150 for services at that same address. When we contacted them, we were told there were no notes in the account documenting our request, and because of that, they claim we are responsible for the charges.
