Whats the matter did the old guys not train you on how to do your job. Because you where to much of a know it all. Now their retired and you realize you dont know how to do the job? Tips when beginning brand new service as my experience was not smooth nor satisfactory. The email instructions letter will state SSN card “or” selfie with driver license. It’s misleading. They will need both, so be sure to include both.
