Power shut off all of normal working hours while they string a new line WITH NO WARNING. One guy said “maybe there was a robo call…?” Not good enough. You sure would be able to find me if I owed you money, thus you can find me to give me several days notice of when my power will be shut off for an entire day. I guess it’s just assumed that because your service is so spotty and poor we all own generators now? Ridiculous.

Expect to replace groceries yearly from extended outages for the simplest of issues. We have been a customer for 9 years, as there are no other options. It’s a monopoly that gets a free pass. We have had to replace our groceries at least 1-2 times a year every year from extended outages. Even when there’s no severe weather… They continue to increase rates with no oversight, there’s no compensation, no recovery options, you’re just SOL. $300-500 in groceries lost every year for 9 years. Do better or charge less.
Worst place ever for power very rude and they lie! Sorry excuse for a utility company and anyone that works for them should ne ashamed
