Power goes out in slight wind, has been like this with no improvement for years. Zero upkeep.
They have no competition and holds too much power over the consumer. They nickel and dime you for everything and force you to do everything 1 specific way where they dictate the terms and conditions. It just shouldn’t be legal…
Zero stars ZERO!!! I've been on hold TWICE for over an hour.. Yesterday I gave up.. Today it's over an hour and still holding for customer service.. You charge a fortune for juice and can't pay for staff! My only choice is one star for this review but it's ZERO Stars!
Have had Ku for years, not that there is much choice. There’s been issues from the start, luckily none recently until it was time to move. I call to request a transfer of services, new services were added but old never stopped? Evidently the difference between transfer and add are lost on employees. Asked for retro term. Was told no. Asked for call pulled, they did, and verbally told me a synopsis of the call, but I knew it was not true. I just want to publicly say thank you to the KU crew members who were at my residence from about 3 AM until 5 AM this morning to restore my power. I’ve lived in my home for almost seven years, and last night was the very first time my power has ever gone out. I truly appreciate the hard work you all do—thank you again!
