This company has been problem after problem. From scheduling to installation. The panel they install was slowly catching fire and when I told them they said they would change the panel this happens all the time The sales rep Sebastian Hernandez is a crook and made contractitional agreements that I have in writing that they cut out of the contract that they won't honor and no one seems to want to call me back or help resolve the matter. This review is specifically for Adrian and Jason. Full disclosure I did not get Solar; but this had nothing to do with LGCY. Finding someone who is knowledgeable, patient, helpful and tactful is a rarity. This was especially so for me - I asked tough questions and they worked for this every step of the way. Of all the Solar reps I've had on my doorstep over the years, they were the only one I gave my attention to. Throughout the entire process our engineer was there for us to answer all of our questions. We pretty much sat back and let them take care of everything. We are pleased to say that everything is working properly. So glad we made this decision and enjoyed being treated like family. LGCY power solar all the way.
While I was not actively seeking solar I was contacted by Legacy Power rep. Darius Bell just at the right time. I had just paid my Edison bill and had read the notice in that bill indicating that Edison was requesting another rate hike,which ticked me off. This review is from someone who recently quit LGCY for the second time. A year ago I went to LGCY. I wasn’t taken seriously. Due to lack of transportation on my end, they didn’t bother looking twice at me. Understandable. You need transportation for D2D sales. After a year I received a call from Ryan’s assistant. A phone call was scheduled, he was late. I went through onboarding for remote solar sales. Also to mention, I have been doing solar for a year by this point.
